October 01 st ) the following cancellation conditions apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellations are <strong>free of charge<\/strong> until up to <strong>30 days <\/strong>before arrival date.<\/li>\n<li><strong>0 &#8211; 30 days<\/strong> before arrival we <strong>charge 90%<\/strong> of the total value.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WINTER SEASON:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For the <strong>WINTER SEASON <\/strong> (bookings with arrival November 01 st &#8211; May 01 st ) <strong>Cancellation-Condition<\/strong> apply:<strong><u><br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellation or changes are <strong>free of charge<\/strong> up to <strong>90 days <\/strong>before arrival date.<\/li>\n<li><strong>up to 30 days <\/strong>before arrival we<strong> charge 40% <\/strong>of the total value<strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>up to 14 days <\/strong>before arrival we<strong> charge 70% <\/strong>of the total value<strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>0 &#8211;
