Cancellation Conditions:

SUMMER SEASON:

For the SUMMER SEASON (bookings with arrival May 01 st – October 01 st ) the following cancellation conditions apply:

• Cancellations are free of charge until up to 30 days before arrival date.
• 0 – 30 days before arrival we charge 90% of the total value.

WINTER SEASON:

For the WINTER SEASON (bookings with arrival November 01 st – May 01 st ) Cancellation-Condition apply:

• Cancellation or changes are free of charge up to 90 days before arrival date.
• up to 30 days before arrival we charge 40% of the total value.
• up to 14 days before arrival we charge 70% of the total value.
• 0 – 14 days before arrival we charge 90% of the total value.

Travel Cancellation Insurance:
To avoid unpleasant cancellation cost, we suggest to fix a “Travel Cancellation Insurance” as for example at: www.europaeische.at
